integration of the Purchase Order process in NetSuite and the
goods receiving process in the Accellos WMS (

0:27 Supplier american computers and that purchase orders gonna be delivered to
0:32 our main fulfillment warehouse which is the warehouse where we're using

2:42 any assigned work that has been electronically assigned to them so
2:46 maybe they've got some pics today or some receiving or even some cycle
counts

2:55 this this user has quite a lot of responsibility in the warehouse
3:01 so they can be receiving picking shipping repacking
3:04 normally a user would have a limited menu here but
3:08 a in this instance we can we can do everything if I click on the receiving
3:13 icon you can see the inmate amounted receiving options available inside
Excel

3:28 and in some instances when we don't actually know a
3:32 or don't have a document in which we can receive against we can do

4:28 in this instance we're just gonna start receiving and this particular order

4:36 or preferably use in the bar code scanner as can the
4:41 the pull up bar code that might be in in a barcode over now to barcode
4:45 I'm in this instance some simulating the end Faso
4:48 a press ENTER and I can see the products that I'm expecting so if I just
use a
4:53 the first one there am it then pulls up from the purchase order the ordered
4:57 quantity which was twenty
4:59 and keeps a running total of what's been booked in site currently 0
5:03 am we also see the pack size now in in this system that's default into one
5:08 but this is quite useful for book in say a whole palette
5:12 or an outer carton so if we keep the default
5:15 I value of one there and say that we find all twenty
5:19 a of those as we're booking it in
5:24 now if it wasn't labeled we can print I am I the case or product labels
5:28 at this point I'm gonna skip back here I'm
5:31 and now we are asked to put it away into a bin
5:36 now this is the first time I've received this product so I could
5:40 though quality inspector you see down here which will lock it
5:44 I am but more importantly it doesn't yet have an assigned
5:47 been I am and in this instance
5:51 I don't have any directed put away rules in place
5:54 to give me a suggestion so the user can simply put the product
5:58 into I E been location so will create sir

6:07 normally you would have set your you whole lay out the warehouse up

6:28 I am up here and we can see which user
6:31 actually receive that in so we've got the look information
6:35 am and we can carry on and just finish it by receiving the second
6:41 line on that or does say let's just book that in
6:44 again we'll do it pack size: aplomb but this time I'll say we only found
twenty
6:49 out at the thirty and whilst get the labels
6:53 and put it into been nearby

7:15 that particular good receipt so that's it there's no paper

7:23 if we refresh the order here in the warehouse system you can see is now
7:26 ready to upload
7:27 and send that transmit the information about 20 received on each line
7:32 and backup internet sweet so
7:37 there's a bit of a a 30-second cyclone this so %um
7:40 we just let that run-through and then we should see that
7:44 inside the net sweet application
7:48 we have as I mentioned before the locks
7:51 the logs mean that we can track performance are
7:54 individuals so and we can see who's
7:58 receiving the most amount of stock who's picking the most amount of stock
8:02 et cetera so every transaction every stop movement
8:05 is logged on the handheld scanner okay so that's now
8:10 I flanked here that has been uploaded
8:13 internet sweet so if we go back internet sweet an
8:16 look at this order will refresh here

8:24 has been partially received am and you can see here
8:28 that we've received 20 alva each of those
8:32 individual lines so you
